 এই পেস্টটি তৈরি করার জন্য ১ টেবিল চামচ আমলা পাউডারের সাথে ৪ টেবিল চামচ তরল যেমন দুধ, জল বা বাদাম এবং নারকেল তেল মিশিয়ে মাথার ত্বকে লাগান। লোকেরা আমলা পাউডার দিয়ে চুলের মাস্ক তৈরি করতে পছন্দ করতে পারে। ২ টেবিল চামচ আমলা পাউডার দিয়ে ২টি কাঁচা ডিম ফেটিয়ে হেয়ার মাস্ক হিসেবে লাগান।

 To make this paste, mix 1 tablespoon of amla powder with 4 tablespoons of liquid like milk, water or almond and coconut oil and apply it on the scalp. People may prefer to make hair masks with amla powder. Beat 2 raw eggs with 2 tablespoons of amla powder and apply as a hair mask.
